- No inpatient pediatric care is provided at the hospital, but their providers participate in shared newborn nursery call along with family medicine providers.
- The team is supported by the neonatal and pediatric providers nearby for inpatient care, and Neonatologists and Pediatricians are available for consultation 24/7.
- Transport of sick newborns and children are coordinated through a centralized transfer center.
