Support Staff Available: 1 MD, 1 NP, Nursing Staff

JOB REQUIREMENTS Active New York Medical License
Board Certified
Active DEA
Board Certification Required
Hematology/Oncology Experience
Flu vaccine/declination and negative TB within one year
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Evaluate hematology and oncology patients
Manage benign and malignant conditions
Document in Epic EMR
Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team
Provide high-quality outpatient cancer care
