Must have a valid nursing license with verification dated within 30 days of start.
American Heart Association BLS certification required for all direct patient care personnel.
ACLS certification required for RNs in critical care areas including CCU, ED, PACU, MICU, SICU; included here due to telemetry specialty and potential critical care overlap.
NIHSS certification is optional but listed; facility does not specialize in stroke care, so it is not required.
TNCC certification is optional.
Must complete Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing within a year.
Must comply with Trinity Code of Conduct and other professional requirements.
Must have completed Trinity Skills Checklist for clinical contractors.
Must have required immunizations and health screenings including Fit Test, COVID-19 vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B series, Influenza vaccine (optional), 2 Step PPD or IGRA, Varicella, Physical/Health Statement, Tdap vaccine (declination accepted if no pediatric interaction).
Must pass Trinity Criminal Background Check and other background verifications within 30 days of start.
Must complete Trinity System Access Form one week before start.
Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.
