We are currently seeking dedicated Teachers and Lead Teachers to join our nationally accredited, NAEYC-recognized centers in Groton and New London. What You'll Do
• Lead or support a classroom of infants, toddlers, and/or preschool-aged children
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with CT ELDS
• Build strong, positive relationships with children and families
• Work closely with a collaborative teaching team to support a supportive classroom environment

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field with 12 ECE credits
• CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration (may be completed after hire)
• Strong communication skills and commitment to teamwork and child development

Compensation
• $22.00 - $26.00/hour depending on experience and qualifications
• Full-time, year-round, Monday-Friday daytime schedule
