This role involves contributing to the creation of custom luxury and residential furniture pieces within a medium-sized team. English proficiency is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Cut upholstery materials accurately to specifications
- Sew upholstery materials using machines with precision
- Perform detailed hand stitching where required
- Match patterns carefully for seamless fabric alignment
- Handle leather with expertise and care
- Manage and handle various fabric types effectively
- Conduct quality control to ensure finished work meets high standards
- Maintain sewing equipment for optimal performance
- Assist with inventory management of materials and supplies
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in upholstery stitching
