Evolve Mechanical Services is looking for an experienced HVAC Project Manager who will oversee a crew of men as well as the design, planning, and installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in new commercial construction and existing buildings, as well as a few residential projects from time to time.
Project manager would need to travel to different jobsites to supervise crew and manage projects.
Pay is based on experience.
Will receive a work truck after 90 days/ New Employee Orientation is completed.
Valid driver's license
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement large HVAC projects
- Direct and lead the work of mechanical staff
- Ensure project deadlines and cost targets are met
- Maintain required project documentation
- Take Offs, Submittals, Budget and Coordination Meetings - Both onsite and remote.
- Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects
- Conduct Daily/Weekly Safety and Site Meetings with staff
- Able to identify Change Orders and address accordingly
- Responsible for Job Costing
- Interpret HVAC drawings
- Coordination of installation between trades and coordinate sub-contractor progress
- Schedule deliveries and inspections
- Expert level of verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations with tact, diplomacy, influence and sensitivity.

- Previous experience in HVAC Leadership - Commercial and Residential
- Strong project management skills
- Project Estimating
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
- Pays attention to detail because they are totally accountable for quality installation of the project
- Punctual and willing to work with high level executive Contractors
