Responsibilities: - Diagnose and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems including AC units, heat pumps, and air handlers, package units, etc
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues across a variety of HVAC equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance inspections and tune-ups to ensure optimal system performance
- Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding system issues, repairs, and recommendations
Requirements: - 5+ years of hands-on HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair experience
- Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of refrigerants, electrical systems, and HVAC controls
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience with both residential and light commercial systems preferred
