We're looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead commercial electrical projects from start to finish. If you're a strong leader who takes pride in quality work, job site safety, and keeping projects on schedule, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial job sites.
- Plan and coordinate daily work activities.
- Read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawings.
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors.
- Order and manage materials as needed.
- Train and mentor apprentices and less experienced electricians.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site.
- Complete daily reports and communicate project progress.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of commercial electrical experience.
- Previous Foreman or Crew Leader experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the NEC and commercial electrical systems.
- Ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot field issues.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus.
