We are assisting a boutique law firm, founded over 25 years ago, with its search for a Litigation Attorney with 2+ years of civil litigation experience - strong law and motion experience is a plus. Firm has two Southern California locations, with this position sitting in Orange County. Firm has very reasonable billable requirement (1740 with stepped billing bonuses above that) and allows a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office and 2 at home - but strongly encourages more in office work for younger attorneys. Firm specializes in business and commercial litigation, employment defense litigation as well as corporate/partnership disputes. Attorney should hit the ground running with drafting motions, pleadings, discovery, and correspondence, and will manage cases from inception through trial. Firm prefers some experience with taking and defending depositions. Base salary is $165-200k, depending on experience, qualifications and skills. Must be licensed with the California State Bar.
