Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00a-5:00p; full-time coverage only
Call: Shared hospital call (1:4) with daily inpatient rounding responsibilities; low callback volume
Setting: Inpatient and outpatient Hematology practice
Patient Volume: Approximately 15 patients per day
EMR: Cerner
Required Skills: Hematology-focused practice including bone marrow biopsies, management of acute leukemias, inpatient chemotherapy patients, and post-transplant/CAR-T follow-up care
Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible required
Licensure: Wisconsin license required
Fellowship: Hematology/Oncology fellowship required
Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, and ATLS
Credentialing: Approximately 60 days
Support: Established team of physicians, APPs, infusion nurses, navigators, RNs, and MAs with on-site oncology resources
