    Job Details
  • Pharmacist position at Saint Joseph Health System Mishawaka, part of Trinity Health in Mishawaka, Indiana.
  • Start date: August 2nd to October 24th.
  • Hospital experience required.
  • Previous experience with Epic EMR preferred.
    Job Requirements
  • American Heart Association BLS certification required for all direct patient care personnel.
  • State licensure verification must be dated within 30 days of start.
  • Must provide various health and professional documentation including Fit Test, Annual TB Questionnaire, Drug Screen, and others as part of onboarding.
    Schedule Information
  • 72 hours every 2 weeks.
  • Varied shifts including some evening shifts from 1pm to 10:30pm (10 hour shifts) and some from 1pm to 11:30pm (11 hour shifts).
  • Some day shifts starting between 6am and 8:30am (8 hour shifts).
  • Weekend rotation every other weekend on day shift.
  • No holiday requirement at this time.
    Additional Details
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccine or approved declination required.
  • Various health screenings and professional forms required prior to start.
  • Influenza vaccine is optional but recommended.
  • Trinity Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and other professional forms must be signed and on file.
