Whether you've just passed the Arizona bar or have 1-2 years of courtroom experience, this role offers hands on litigation, mentorship, and rapid professional growth.
What You'll Do
- Litigate collection matters and enforce judgments across Arizona
- Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery with precision
- Conduct debtor exams, garnishments, and other enforcement actions
- Build recovery strategies using financial records and asset research
- Represent clients in hearings and negotiations
- Work closely with senior attorneys to refine litigation skills

- Arizona Bar membership (or pending admission)
- Strong writing and analytical skills
