Lead Medical Technologist

We are seeking a Medical Technologist Lead to support daily laboratory operations and staff supervision.

Schedule:
Mixed shifts (7 10 hour shifts)

Responsibilities:

• Perform and oversee high-complexity laboratory testing
• Provide leadership support to technical staff
• Ensure quality control and regulatory compliance
• Assist with workflow coordination and problem-solving in the lab

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Medical Technology or related field
• ASCP certification preferred
• Prior clinical laboratory experience required
• Leadership experience strongly preferred
