Job description

Coverage Needed:

  • Start Date: 9/15/2026
  • End Date: Ongoing
  • Schedule: Five days a week including call plus possible weekend

Clinical Details:

  • Call Ratio: 5
  • Patient Population: 100% Adult and Geriatric
  • % Outpatient vs Inpatient: 100% Inpatient
  • Average # of Patients Per Day: 10-15
  • Trauma Level Designation: 1
  • Required Duties, Procedures, Skills, etc: Surgery, IP and ED coverage, IP units
  • EMR/Documentation: EPIC

Requirements:

  • Board Certified Vascular
  • Active OH license
  • Fellowship
  • BLS/ACLS
  • Clean background/no malpractice or license issues, no exceptions
  • Self-Query NPDB report must be dated within 30 days of the presentation date
