  • Work Dates Needed: 8/31/2026 - 10/9/26
  • Preferred Schedule: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only, Prefer 5 days per week, but are open to 4 days per week either Tuesday - Friday or Monday - Thursday.
  • Worksite Setting: Outpatient
  • Scope of Work: Wound care, Patients Per Shift: 25
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active IL State License or IMLC, Board Certified/BE , ABLS, BLS
  • EMR: Epic
  • Pay Rate Preferred: $87/HR
