• Patient Volume/Census: Approximately 2-5 Inpatients

• Rounding: ICU/Post-Operative Rounding
• Phone Consults: Cath Lab, Inpatient, and ER
• Case Mix: CABG, AVR, Urgent Cardiothoracic Surgery
FACILITY INFORMATION • No. of Beds in Department: 220+ Hospital Beds
• Trauma Level: Level III
• EMR System: Epic
• Office Equipment Available: Standard CT Surgery Clinic
• Specialty Backup Available: Full Cardiology Program Including TAVR
• Support Staff Available: Multidisciplinary Surgical Team
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE • Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
• Credentialing Timeline: 30-60 Days

JOB REQUIREMENTS • Active Indiana Medical License
• Board Certified
• Active DEA Preferred
• BLS (AHA)
• Experience: More Than 2 Years
• Clean Background; Flu/COVID Vaccination or Approved Exemption
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Perform scheduled cardiothoracic surgery
• Conduct afternoon clinic
• Round on post-operative ICU patients
• Take Cath Lab, inpatient, and ER call
• Complete order entry in Epic
