Job description

Assignment Details:

  • Setting : Outpatient
  • Reason for Opening : Emergency coverage
  • Location : State College, PA
  • Start Date : ASAP. Ideally no later than 8/3/26
  • Duration : 60 days with option to extend
  • Work Schedule : M-F 8A-5P (open to 1-2 weeks/month)
  • Call Schedule : Not required, but available
    • 3 different call options weeknight , weekend, and during the day hospital call
  • Cases: General consults cardio, read ECHO, halter monitors, ECGs. TEE only requried for hospital call
  • Patient Volume : approx 20-25 ppd
  • Staffing Mix/Support : Nursing, MAs, and APP daily support
  • EMR : EPIC
  • Credentialing Info : Can get emergency privileges for a clean file

Requirements

  • Board Certifed Cardiologist (MD/DO)
  • Active PA license or IMLC
  • Outpatient experience preferred
