Job description

  • Position: Locums - Critical Care MD
  • Dates/Schedule:
    • July 21, 22 7 am - 7 pm
    • July 28-31 7 am - 7 pm
    • August 8-9 7 am - 7 pm
    • August 20 - 21st 7 pm - 7 am
    • August 22 - 23rd 7 am - 7 pm
    • August 20-31 7 am - 7 pm
    • MUST have ACTIVE FL license to be considered as well as ACTIVE DEA
    • Must be Board Certified
    • Position Description: Highly acute, referral center. Coverage consists of co-management of cardiac patients in the CVICU and full coverage of patients in medical ICU ranging from medical, surgical and critical care
    • Shift Requirements: Primarily Day shift coverage 7 am - 7 pm and potential night shift coverage 7 pm - 7 am
    • Coverage needs per month: 10 - 15 shifts
    • Daily Patient Volume: Each unit has 24 patients day coverage is MSICU or CVICU
    • Support Staff: Dayshift consists of 1 physician and 1 APP for MICU with 4-6 senior residents; 1 physician and 1 APP for CVICU with 1-2 senior resdients. At night, there is a physician and an APP who cover both ICUs.Become an ICON:
