Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Nighttime IOP Group Facilitator to lead evening Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) groups in a recovery center setting. The facilitator will be responsible for conducting structured group sessions, supporting clients in recovery, and completing required clinical documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate evening IOP group sessions following program structure and curriculum
- Create a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for all participants
- Encourage participation and guide group discussions on recovery-related topics
- Manage group dynamics and respond appropriately to client needs
- Complete accurate and timely progress notes and documentation in compliance with program standards
Qualifications:
- Experience in substance use disorder and/or mental health treatment preferred
- Prior group facilitation experience strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries and manage group settings effectively
- Must be dependable, organized, and able to complete documentation in a timely manner
Preferred but Not Mandatory Credentials:
- CADC, LADC, LCSW, LMHC, or similar certification/licensure preferred
Schedule:
- Evening hours
- Flexible scheduling (1-2 nights per week)
