Job Details
- Supports KARM Stores in their effort to be safe and effective by maintaining, repairing and/or replacing fixtures such as light, plumbing, HVAC units, doors and other necessary elements. Uses and maintains maintenance tools, equipment and supplies.
- Maintains, repairs and/or replaces electrical outlets and switches as needed to ensure proper function and safety.
- Performs other general maintenance related issues that may occur.
- Driving between stores - as needed.
- KARM Store facilities - sales floor, offices, receiving & processing areas, bathrooms, warehouse areas, break rooms, storage pods and backrooms, some air conditioned, and some with only heat in winter or fan ventilation in summer (as needed)
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age, or older.
- Must have a valid driver's license with F endorsement
- Must have a good driving record.
- Must provide proof of personal vehicle insurance to verify insurability.
- Must comply with Hands Free Tennessee law.
- Ability to use a cell phone, tablet, and GPS.
- Ability driver manual transmission vehicles is preferred.
- Forklift experience preferred
Physical Demands - Standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crawling while using hand tools 50% of the time
- Climbing Ladders 25% of the time
- Driving Safely 10% of the time
- Use hands to handle documents, keyboards, phones, etc. 5% of the time
