  • EOW, EOH a must
  • Searching for a 13-16 week contract
    Job Requirements
  • Must have valid Massachusetts nursing license (no conditional licenses accepted)
  • Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification required within 30 days of start date and updated upon expiration
  • MGB Skills Checklist must be completed within 1 year of submission
  • 2 references within 4 years of submission, minimum 1 supervisor or above in skillset
  • Include past 7 years of work experience with city & state
  • Fit Test for N95 respirator within 365 days of start date and updated annually
  • Respirator Medical Clearance Attestation required if fit test is required
  • Documentation of MMR vaccination or proof of immunity
  • Documentation of TB skin test or negative QuantiFERON TB Test within 3 months of start date and updated if >6 month break
  • Physician Health Statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date and updated if >6 month break
  • Criminal background check within 45 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break
  • Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break
  • National Sex Offender Check within 30 days of start and updated annually
  • Exclusion checks (OIG, GSA, MassHealth & NH Medicaid) within 30 days of start and annually
  • MGB Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form required for all initial assignments and extensions
  • Education verification through background check company
  • MGB SSN Trace must be run with criminal check
    Schedule Information
  • Every Other Week (EOW)
  • Every Other Holiday (EOH)
  • 3 shifts of 12 hours rotation

    Additional Details
  • MGB Badge Photo required for onboarding: color photo taken in past 6 months, plain background, no filters or eyeglasses
  • Hepatitis B vaccination strongly preferred or proof of immunity or declination
  • Tdap vaccine preferred within 10 years and updated upon expiration
  • Positive PPD requires negative chest X-ray documentation
  • MGB Name Change Documentation if credential documentation does not match current legal name
  • MGB TB Symptom Survey required if positive PPD, updated annually
  • MGB Candidate Submission Coversheet required for submission to initial assignment and new facility
