  • 36hr Rotating (rotation based on department need and not guaranteed)
  • 3x12hr shifts 7:15p-7:15a or 7a-7:30p
  • Every other weekend and rotating holidays
  • Post Partum experience required

  • Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification, as required for the position, within 30 days of start date and updated upon expiration
  • MA Conditional Licenses not accepted
  • Both NURSYS and BON are required for nursing licenses
  • Fit Test (N95) within 365 days to start date and updated annually
  • Respirator Medical Clearance (RMC) Attestation required if fit test is required
  • MGB Medication Exam with 80% passing within 365 days for RN & LPN
  • Documentation of MMR vaccination or proof of immunity
  • Documentation of TB skin test screening within 3 months of start date and updated if >6 month break or negative QuantiFERON TB Test or T-spot within 3 months of start date and updated if >6 month break
  • Physician Health Statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date and updated if >6 month break
  • MGB Criminal Background Check within 45 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break
  • MGB Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break
  • MGB Resume including past 7 years of work experience
  • 2 references within 4 years of submission, minimum 1 supervisor or above in skillset
  • MGB Skills Checklist completed within 1 year of submission
  • MGB Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form required for all initial assignments and extensions
  • MGB Education Verification through background check company
  • MGB SSN Trace with addresses/aliases for past 7 years
  • MGB National Sex Offender Check within 30 days of start and updated annually
  • MGB Exclusion Checks within 30 days of start and annually
    Schedule Information
  • 36 hour rotating schedule based on department need and not guaranteed
  • 3 shifts of 12 hours each: 7:15 PM - 7:15 AM or 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
  • Every other weekend and rotating holidays
    Unit Specific Information
  • Post Partum unit experience required
    Additional Details
  • MGB IRP Resume and Evaluation optional for submission and onboarding
  • MGB NWH Self-Study Orientation & Attestation required for onboarding
  • BLS certification required for onboarding
  • NRP certification required for onboarding
  • Fit Test must be completed on the MGB N95 Respirator Fit Test Record Form; no religious or medical exemptions allowed
  • Positive PPD requires negative chest x-ray documentation (optional)
  • MGB TB Symptom Survey required if Positive PPD, updated annually
  • MGB Candidate Submission Coversheet required for submission to initial assignment and new facility
  • MGB Beeline Attestation completed by all new applicants
