Deburr I
Location:Fort Worth, TX
Pay:$22.50/hr + $1.00 Shift Differential = $23.50/hr
Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM
Overtime:
- Mandatory:Fridays (same shift)
- Voluntary:Saturdays, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Position Overview
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to get your foot in the door with a well-established manufacturing company. We're looking for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy working with their hands and take pride in producing quality work.
Primary Responsibilities
- Deburr, buff, and polish machined metal components
- Remove sharp edges and imperfections using hand tools and grinders
- Inspect parts for defects and quality standards
- Clean and finish metal surfaces
- Utilize files, abrasive stones, polishing compounds, and other finishing tools
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all quality and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to use hand tools
- Comfortable working with metal parts in a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift as needed
- Willingness to work the required overtime schedule
- Background check and drug screen required
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
