We are hiring Assemblers to help finish electronic circuit boards (PCBs). This role is ideal for someone with manufacturing, assembly, or electronics experience who is detail-oriented and comfortable working with small parts.
Job Duties:
- Prepare electronic circuit boards for protective coating (masking, cleaning, setup)
- Apply coatings using spray, dip, or automated equipment
- Inspect parts under UV light for quality and defects
- Follow work instructions and manufacturing procedures
- Complete production paperwork and quality logs
- Follow safety and chemical-handling procedures
- Report defects or equipment issues to supervisors
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Manufacturing, assembly, electronics, or production experience preferred
- Good attention to detail and hand dexterity
- Comfortable handling small electronic components
- Basic computer/data entry skills
- Willing to learn manufacturing and quality standards
Schedule:
- 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
- Overtime available as needed (optional)
