We are currently seeking a Electrical Assembly Technician to assist with the assembly and inspection of wire harness components in a fast-paced production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with manufacturing experience who takes pride in producing high-quality work and working with precision measuring tools.
What You'll Do:
- Assemble wire harnesses and electrical components according to specifications and work instructions
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and production documents
- Use and calibrate dial and electronic calipers to ensure accurate measurements and product quality
- Inspect finished products for accuracy, defects, and compliance with quality standards
- Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments during assembly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
What We're Looking For:
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
- Experience using dial and digital/electronic calipers required
- Ability to calibrate measuring equipment accurately
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to read measurements and follow technical instructions
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
