We are hiring Assemblers for a manufacturing facility in Goodyear, AZ. This is a great opportunity with competitive pay, wage increases upon hire, overtime, and quarterly bonuses.
Available Shifts
- 1st Shift: Monday-Friday 5:30 AM - 1:30 PM
- Temp Pay: $19.00/hr
- Upon Hire: $23.85/hr, with an increase to $24.35/hr
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday 1:45 PM - 11:45 PM
- Temp Pay: $20.00/hr
- Upon Hire: $24.35/hr, increasing to $25.85/hr after 30 days

Responsibilities
- Assemble product components using hand tools and fixtures following detailed work instructions
- Inspect products for defects such as scratches, dents, or misalignment
- Use a computer to access instructions, view schedules, scan parts, and log inventory
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Follow safety procedures and quality standards
- Perform additional production duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of assembly experience (can include mechanical hobbies such as working on cars or personal projects)
- Experience using hand tools required
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform repetitive physical movements (bending, squatting, twisting, reaching)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Stable work history preferred (not frequent job hopping)
- Must be reliable and punctual; strict attendance policy enforced
- Must pass a background check and 10-panel drug screen
