Are you looking to grow your career in manufacturing and assembly? Join our team as an Assembler! In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble parts for air and fluid filtration systems. Your duties will include optimizing cycle times, meeting production standards, and working collaboratively with peers and support teams to maintain equipment and identify repair needs. As well as, contributing to continuous improvement efforts in quality, safety, and processes, while working in a fast-paced environment that requires standing for extended periods and lifting up to 35 pounds. Pay & Schedule:
- 2nd shift: $17.50/hr - Mon-Fri, 2pm-10pm
- 3rd shift: $18/hr - Sun-Thurs, 10pm-6am
- $600 retention bonus - $300 after 30 days. $300 more after being hired permanently.
- $50 weekly gas bonus

- Ability to read blueprints, job data sheets, and safety instructions
