    Job Requirements
  • Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification required
  • Valid Driver's License, State ID, or Passport required
  • 2 references required, including 1 from a manager or direct supervisor
  • National Criminal Background Check within one year of start date
  • Annual Respirator fit test required
  • Physical/Health Statement annually, must state clear to work
  • Must score 80% or higher on Prime Core Competencies Exam and Prime Specialty Exam
  • Copy of Diploma or Transcripts or third party education verification required
  • Prime Agency Attestation required
  • Prime SAM/EPLS exclusion check required
  • Prime Resume required at time of offer acceptance
  • Prime Reference and required
  • Prime Badge Photo required
  • Prime Form I-9 (Employment eligibility verification) required
  • Prime Job Description signed by employee required

  • Shift: 07:00 - 19:30
  • Rotating schedule
  • Must be able to take call and work weekends
    Additional Details
  • Prime CA Sexual Harassment Prevention Training valid for 2 years required
  • Prime Drug Screening (minimum 10-panel test with THC saliva test) within 60 days of start required
  • Prime Color-blind test updated annually required
  • COVID-19 Vaccine: 2 vaccines and booster required or declination completed
  • MMR: Proof of 2 vaccines or positive titer showing immunity required
  • Hepatitis B: Record of 3 immunizations, immune titer, or declination accepted (declinations not accepted at Shasta Regional)
  • Influenza Vaccine or declination required November 1, 2025 - March 31, 2026 (declinations not accepted at Shasta)
  • TB Test within one year of start date required
  • Varicella vaccination/titer showing immunity required
  • Tdap vaccine as an adult required (declinations not accepted at Shasta Regional)
  • Positive PPD - Negative Chest X-Ray optional
  • Prime Skills Checklist required, does not expire on assignment
