Regional Midwest CDL Class A Driver - Home Every Other Day River Road Freight is expanding its team and seeking full-time motivated CDL drivers for its operations at Romeoville and Joliet, IL. We are a small local business with a supportive and respectful culture AND the benefits of a large company. We operate semis only, on dedicated routes between distribution centers, within a 1,000 mile per round-trip, for a national customer. - Earn More: US $24 to US $28 per hour + Time-and-a-Half Overtime after 40 hours! - paid out every Friday.

- Have a valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL),
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Clean driving record and successful completion of DOT physical, background check, and pre-employment drug test
- No history of CDL suspension, revocation, or failed/refused drug or alcohol tests in the last 5 years (this includes DWI's, DUI's and BAC's)
- Match Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) requirements imposed by the DOT and have a positive Drive-A-Check (DAC) Report
- Be able to learn and effectively use GPS, handheld technology, and smartphone applications.
- Fluent in English for written and spoken effective communication
