This role provides a mix of acute care, outpatient, and home health services, offering strong clinical variety and professional growth. About the Role: Provide OT evaluations, treatments, and care planning across multiple care settings Deliver high-quality therapy services in acute care, outpatient, and home-based environments Maintain accurate and timely documentation Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members Support patient independence, safety, and functional improvement through tailored interventions Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Current OT license (or eligibility) for the state of Arizona CPR certification preferred Compensation & Incentives: Full-time role $15,000 relocation assistance Monthly living stipend for 6 months Salary determined based on experience Interested!?
