Schedule: Monday-Friday with weekend and call coverage; in-house call preferred; ongoing assignment
Setting: Hospital-based anesthesia services across multiple facilities within a health system
Patient Population: Primarily adults with occasional OB coverage
EMR: Medaxion (iPad-based; training provided)
Required Skills: General anesthesiology including OR, endoscopy, interventional radiology, obstetrics, MRI/CT anesthesia, and complex surgical cases
Board Status: Board Certified required and participating in Maintenance of Certification (MOC)
Licensure: Virginia license required or ability to obtain; DEA/CSR required
Credentialing: Cross-credentialing required across multiple sites
Support: Care team model with physician-led supervision and opportunity to perform independent cases
