What You'll Do
Every day brings something different. You'll:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
- Perform seasonal maintenance and system tune-ups to keep customers comfortable year-round.
- Troubleshoot equipment efficiently and recommend the best solutions.
- Deliver outstanding customer service with clear, honest communication.
- Accurately document service calls using our digital tools.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to support our customers when they need us most.
- Represent Byrum Heating & AC with professionalism, integrity, and pride.
What You Bring
We're looking for technicians who are dependable, customer-focused, and ready to grow.
- 2+ years of HVAC service experience preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal required).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently while being a great teammate.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality workmanship.
