Cardiothoracic SurgeryPhysician Assistant
We are seeking anexperienced Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician Assistant to provide locumcoverage for our CVT surgeon. The ideal candidate will be skilled as a firstassist with vein harvesting experience preferred.
Assignment Dates:
- October 13, 2025 - November 3, 2025
- November 17, 2025 - November 25, 2025
- December 15, 2025 - December 28, 2025
Compensation: $110.00 per hour
Position Details:
- Schedule: Two weeks on / two weeks off
- Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM onsite + night and weekend call
- Setting: OR, inpatient, and some clinic coverage
- Duties:
- First assist in cardiothoracic surgery
- Vein harvesting (preferred)
- Inpatient rounding and support
- Call coverage (nights/weekends)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of cardiothoracic surgery experience
- Active Nevada PA license
- Flu and COVID vaccinations required (medical or religious exemptions accepted)
- Drive-in candidates preferred
