Production Operator to join our manufacturing team in Cincinnati, OH. This is a hands-on production role with a steady Monday-Friday daytime schedule.
Training is provided. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong attendance, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn.
What You'll Do
Operate imaging and manufacturing equipment
Inspect in-process and finished products for quality
Read and follow drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance
Assist with screen printing setup and material preparation
Support daily production needs to meet quality and production goals
Cross-train in multiple manufacturing processes
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
What We're Looking For
Comfortable working with machines, tools, or production equipment
Dependable with strong attendance
Ability to read basic drawings or blueprints preferred
Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
Strong attention to detail
Ability to read and follow written work instructions
Quality-focused and willing to learn new processes
Manufacturing, machine operation, screen printing, or production experience is helpful but not required
