Cashiers

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Prepare and serve food items efficiently, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
• Handle retail sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card processing
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and ensuring proper food handling procedures
• Assist in basic food preparation tasks to support kitchen operations and ensure timely service

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service(Preferred experience at Dunkin'), quick service, or fast-food restaurant environments preferred
• Knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods while multitasking seamlessly
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations
• Food safety certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire
• Experience with food preparation, sanitation standards, and kitchen operations is a plus
