Machine Operator (Embroidery / Personalization)
Location: Irving, TX
Pay: $15.00/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Saturdays as needed)
Job Summary
We are seeking dependable Machine Operators to join our production team in Irving, TX. In this role, you will operate embroidery and personalization equipment to customize customer products while ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency throughout the production process.
Responsibilities
- Operate embroidery, engraving, or monogramming machines to complete customer orders.
- Set up and adjust machine components, including needles, thread, and machine guides.
- Perform basic machine maintenance such as lubrication, cleaning, and routine inspections.
- Monitor machine performance and identify issues such as thread breaks, defective stitching, or equipment malfunctions.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Separate approved finished products for packaging.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and production standards.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
Ability to accurately measure using a ruler for proper design placement.
Willingness to be cross-trained on multiple types of sewing and embroidery machines.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
