Compensation: $130,000 - $275,000 base salary + bonus

Annual Hours Expectation: 1,900

About The RoleWe are seeking an experienced attorney to join a high-performing litigation team handling complex products liability, commercial general liability, and catastrophic injury cases. This is a fast-paced role with significant hands-on exposure, including research, motion practice, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.

The position is open to attorneys of all experience levels, with a minimum of two years of litigation experience or judicial clerkship preferred. Flexible work options, including fully remote, hybrid, part-time, and full-time schedules, are available.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complex products liability, commercial general liability, and catastrophic injury cases from intake through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery
Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
Take and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and participate in mediations and hearings
Collaborate with senior attorneys and cross-office teams on litigation strategy
Communicate with clients regarding case progress and risk management
Qualifications

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
Licensed and admitted to practice in California (required)
Minimum of two years of litigation experience or judicial clerkship strongly preferred
Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to manage cases independently while contributing to a team-oriented practice
Experience with depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation preferred
