You'll work directly under a high-level foreman and handle a mix ofpersonal vehicles, light-duty trucks, and Class 8 equipment. We're looking for someone who can take ownership of jobs and handle bothbody repair and paint workstart to finish. Responsibilities Perform body repairs on cars, pickups, semis, and trailers Panel repair and replacement (steel, aluminum, fiberglass) Prep work: sanding, masking, priming Paint work: spot repairs, panels, and blends Match and blend paint for clean, professional finishes Assist on larger or more complex repairs as needed Maintain a clean, organized work area Requirements 2-5 years body shop experienceincluding paint Ability to complete jobs from repair prep paint finish Comfortable spraying and blending Strong attention to detail Reliable and consistent Preferred (Not Required) Experience with both automotive and heavy-duty equipment Fiberglass repair Welding or light fabrication What We Offer $35-$40/hour based on experience Steady, year-round work Variety of jobs (not repetitive production work) Opportunity to grow into an A-level tech Strong leadership and expanding shop Schedule Full-timeMonday-FridayOvertime available Company Description Big Rig Garage is a full-service maintenance and repair facility supporting both internal fleet operations and outside customers.
