Requirements:
What You'll Do
- Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, and vehicle inspections
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical concerns
- Complete repair orders and documentation accurately
- Follow all safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with advisors and fellow technicians to deliver an exceptional customer experience
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Virginia State Inspection License
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Preferred Qualifications
- Automotive dealership experience
- Automotive Technology training or education
- Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical systems
ASE Certifications, especially:
- A4 - Suspension & Steering
- A5 - Brakes
- A7 - Heating & Air Conditioning
