Position Details:
Location: Everett, WA
Schedule Options:
1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 05:00 AM - 03:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 03:30 PM - 02:00 AM
Pay Rate: Starting at $20.24 - $22.24 per hour, with available overtime for additional earnings
Type: Temp-to-hire opportunity, with potential for permanent placement
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble small, intricate components using hand tools, microscopes, and soldering equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical instructions to ensure accurate assembly
Perform detailed inspections and testing to verify product quality
Maintain precise labeling and packaging of finished goods
Adhere to safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
At least 6 months of relevant work experience in manufacturing or assembly
Ability to read, speak, and write in English for safety and training purposes
Basic computer skills
Skilled in reading blueprints and diagrams
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Able to stand for up to 10 hours, walk around the warehouse, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay Details: $20.24 to $22.24 per hour
