  • Idaho Physical Therapy License
    Job Details
  • 2 years experience in similar setting.
  • Graduate of a nationally accredited school of physical therapy.
  • Outpatient: 7-8 patients/day.
  • Inpatient: 4 patients twice a day.
  • Shift: Sunday through Wednesday, 10 hour-Day Shift

  • Current Idaho Physical Therapy License
  • AHA BLS

    Additional Details
  • COVID Vaccine Required
  • Proof of Vaccines or Accept Declinations for MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine (October 1 - March 31), Varicella
  • One step Tb Skin Test or TSpot or Tb Quantiferon within 12 months
  • Annual TB Questionnaire within past 12 months
  • Physical/Health Statement within 12 months of start of assignment
  • Rapid 10 panel drug screen within 14 days of start date
  • 7-year Criminal County Search, SSN Trace, National Criminal Data Base within 30 days of start date
  • Proof of diploma/degree/transcript or through 3rd party
  • Various Kootenai Health specific checks and verifications within 30 days prior to start
