Coverage Needed

  • Start Date: 08/03/2026
  • End Date: Ongoing
  • Schedule - Clinic Hours plus Call:
    • Mon-Fri hybrid coverage ( day clinic or elective OR + inpatient coverage)
      • Typical clinic day coverage is 10am-12pm, 1hr lunch, 1pm-3pm
    • Weekends inpatient coverage only
  • Specific dates:
    • Aug 3rd - am of Aug 10th
    • Aug 24th - am of Aug 31st
    • Aug 31st - Sept 4th (Clinic only)
    • Sept 21st - am of Oct 1st
    • Oct 12th - am of Nov 2nd
    • Nov 16th - am of Nov 30th
    • Dec 14th - am of Jan 4th

Clinical Details

  • EMR System: Athena & Meditech
  • Practice Settings: Inpatient, Outpatient
  • Rounding
  • Supervise APPs
  • Support Staff: 1 PA/NP; nursing staff; urology tech; hospitalists; local urologists available via phone
  • Trauma Level: 4
  • Age of Patients: Adults; very few pediatric patients
  • Admissions managed hospitalists
  • Typical Call:
    • approximately 3-5 phone consults
    • 5-10 consults per day

Requirements

  • Board certified or board eligible
  • Certifications: ACLS, BLS
  • Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
  • Fellowship preferred
