Coverage Needed

• Start Date: As soon as credentialed
• End Date: Ongoing
• Shift Lengths: 12 hours (AM & PM)

Clinical Details

• Number of ER Bays: 12
• Number of Patients/Hour: Expecting 1 PPH
• Support Staff: Nursing, 24hr multimodality radiology tech, nursing uses POC lab on-site
• Staffing Model: Single coverage
• ER Admissions Rate: Expected to be roughly 5%
• EHR: Meditech Expanse

Requirements

• Flexibility in Schedule:
  • Provider MUST be willing to work day AND night shifts
  • Provider MUST be willing to work weekdays AND weekends
• DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
• EM Boarded: ABEM required; may get a waiver for ABPS
  • Will accept EM boarded new grad
• Providers living inside of 50 miles from the facility will be considered "Local", and will not be eligible for this role
• Active NH license
• Emergency privileges with clean file
• Case logs
