Job Details:- Local candidates only - must be licensed in Georgia
- Provide Family Practice coverage at Fayette Medical Center through August, transitioning to Stonecrest Medical Center in September
- Must be able to see patients of ALL ages
- 20 patient encounters per day in an outpatient primary care setting
- Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Epic EHR training required prior to start - training sessions held every other week from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Epic training can only be scheduled after credentialing is completed
- BLS certification required
- Board certification required with an estimated credentialing timeframe of 21 days
