  • Seeking a board certified Sleep Medicine physician
  • Dual board certification in Pulmonary Medicine is highly preferred
  • Client will consider physicians who:
    • Have an active New Hampshire license
    • Are eligible through the IMLC
    • Need a New Hampshire license
  • New Hampshire offers both temporary and locum licenses
  • Approximately six-month assignment while the organization recruits for a permanent physician
  • 100% outpatient practice
  • Monday-Friday
  • 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
  • No call
  • No inpatient responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat new and established patients with a wide variety of sleep disorders, including:
    • Obstructive sleep apnea
    • Insomnia
    • Hypersomnia
    • Restless legs syndrome
    • REM sleep behavior disorder
    • Circadian rhythm disorders
  • Interpret sleep studies and in-lab polysomnography
  • Manage PAP, CPAP, and BiPAP therapy
  • Prescribe and manage medications related to sleep disorders
  • Order and interpret diagnostic testing
  • Coordinate durable medical equipment (DME) when appropriate
  • Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management
  • Collaborate with pulmonology, primary care, cardiology, neurology, ENT, respiratory therapy, sleep technologists, and other specialists
  • EMR: Meditech Expanse
  • BLS required
