Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Venice, California

• Start: Upon Credentialing (approximately 3-4 months)
• Ongoing coverage
• Full-time preferred: 5x8-hour shifts
• Shift start times: 8:00 AM or 11:00 AM
• 1-2 evening shifts per week
• Some flexibility for 12-hour shifts depending on clinic assignment
• No 4x10 schedule available
• Open to part-time coverage (2-4 weeks per month); 4 weeks/month preferred

• Active California Medical License - Required
• California Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) - Required
• Active DEA - Required
• No licensing assistance available

• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Board Eligible candidates considered with strong experience and explanation
• BLS
• ACLS
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
• Spanish speaking strongly preferred

• Outpatient Family Medicine
• Average of 18 patients per day
• Patient population includes:
  • Pediatrics
  • Adolescents
  • Adults
  • Geriatrics
• EMR: Epic

• Medical Assistants
• Registered Nurses (RNs)
• Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs)
• On-site Behavioral Health
• Robust multidisciplinary support team

• Active California Medical License - Required
• California CSR - Required
• Active DEA - Required
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine - Required
• Board Eligible candidates considered on a case-by-case basis
• BLS & ACLS - Required
• Epic experience - Required
• Minimum 2 years of Family Medicine or Internal Medicine experience - Required
• Spanish speaking strongly preferred
