License Requirements
  • Active Arizona Medical License
Required Certifications & Qualifications
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible
  • Fellowship Trained - Required
  • ABLS
  • ACLS
  • ATLS
  • BLS
  • PALS
Practice Setting
  • Trauma Level III
  • 33-bed department
  • EMR: Epic
  • Approximately 2 patients per shift
  • Admissions required
Clinical Responsibilities
  • Pediatric surgery call coverage
  • Inpatient consults and admissions
  • Surgical management as needed during call
Submission Requirements
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible - Required
  • Fellowship Trained - Required
  • Active Arizona Medical License - Required
  • ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS - Required
  • Available for ongoing call coverage - Required
