Job description

Job details:

  • 7 On- 7 off shift- 12 hr shift (flexible shifts).
  • On-site 7am-7am, nightly call coverage and weekends, nights 12 hour shifts
  • Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
  • Florida License and DEA Required.
  • Second call to residents,
  • GME coverage for Internal Medicine Residency Program.
  • About 25 patients per provider with about 5-6 daily admissions.
  • Hospitalist will manage ICU patients.
  • Hospitalists do NOT run codes.
  • Preferred experience with Meditech EMR.
