Manufacturing/Production Associate

Pay: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday FIRST SHIFT
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Are you looking for a hands-on manufacturing and warehouse opportunity with room to grow? We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Associate to join our team! In this role, you'll help fabricate custom products, prepare customer orders, and maintain an organized warehouse while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate custom hose assemblies to customer specifications.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and on time.
• Assist with warehouse organization and inventory movement.
• Operate equipment and utilize company computer systems to process orders.
• Maintain quality standards and complete required documentation.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and sales staff.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Assist with additional warehouse and production duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure and digital caliper.
• Basic math skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
