The Role
You'll own doorstep trash collection operations in your market from top to bottom. That includes launching new communities, recruiting and developing your crew, meeting with clients face-to-face, and getting out in the field with your team. This job is equal parts office leadership and boots-on-the-ground work - you'll need to roll up your sleeves and set the pace from the front, every single day.
Your Day-to-Day
- Run nightly operations across multiple apartment communities with flawless execution
- Recruit and train porters to meet CCS standards
- Perform employee audits and on-site quality inspections
- Develop lasting, trusted relationships with property managers and clients
- Own scheduling and route coverage - no missed pickups, period
- Coordinate employee logistics: safety gear, reporting apps, and ADP payroll forms
- Jump on operational issues in real time, from equipment breakdowns to staffing gaps
- Keep nightly reports, payroll, employee records, and compliance documentation up to date
- Support new community launches, including resident orientations and equipment distribution

Schedule & Workload
- Nights and weekends required - routes operate 7 days a week
- Peak hours run 7 PM2 AM daily
- Blend of field work and administrative duties, with daytime flexibility based on business needs
- Occasional travel to nearby markets to support operations

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $60,000/year (bi-weekly pay)
- Annual Bonus: $5,000, paid quarterly (performance-based)

Requirements
- Clean driving record with 5+ years of driving experience (required for company vehicle eligibility)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Competency with basic Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods and stay on your feet for miles at a time, without assistance
- A strong work ethic across both hands-on and administrative work, every day
